How do I report a claim?
The policy requests that claims be reported as soon as possible. This may be performed through written notice as directed on the policy or by calling (800) 987-3373. The claim center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A customer service representative will take all the necessary information and assign a claim number. The customer service representative cannot handle the claim or nor can they give any advice. Claim Counsel will be assigned the next business day.

How do I place a piece of business?
We prefer a completed and signed Zurich application to be submitted. We will provide an estimate of premium to you if the submission is on a competitor’s application. However, we require a signed and completed Zurich application to bind coverage. Your submission just needs to be faxed to our service center at (888) 828-9427 or sent via e mail to zurich.tanks@usassure.com. You may call (800) 713-1158 to speak with an underwriter if you have any questions.
